Raising a Clinical Services ServiceDesk ticket
Once logged in to ServiceDesk, select 'Submit a Clinical Services Request.'
*Please note, only select this option if your request is not IS related.

Select the CS item you want to request.

Complete the ticket fields for your specific ticket request and select Place Request.

If you need to raise a ServiceDesk ticket on someone else’s behalf, ensure to tick the Request for someone else, enter their email address and select Confirm.

If you need to raise a ServiceDesk ticket and add a user as a CC ensure to select Add CC, enter their email address and select Confirm.
