How do I reply to a ServiceDesk ticket?
Select the ticket # you wish to respond to. From here you can respond to the ticket by selecting Reply.
When Reply is selected the below box will appear below the Reply button.
How can I request to reassign my ServiceDesk ticket to another ticket requestor?
You can request your ticket to be reassigned to another ticket requestor by replying to your ticket with the name of the requestor you wish to reassign the ticket to.
How do I add an attachment to a ServiceDesk ticket?
Within a ticket there is an option to Attach a file at the bottom of the ticket screen.
How do I escalate a ServiceDesk ticket?
If you need to escalate a ServiceDesk ticket reach out to the agent assigned to your ticket. If further escalation is required, please reach out directly via email or MS Teams to the agent’s line manager.
