Sharing a Ticket in CS ServiceDesk Log in to your CS ServiceDesk account. Navigate to the 'Tickets' section from the dashboard. Click on the ticket you want to share. Once the ticket is open, look for the 'Share' button or option. This is usually located at the top or within the ticket details. Click on the 'Share' button. A dialog box will appear prompting you to enter the email addresses of the recipients you want to share the ticket with. Enter the email addresses After entering the recipient details, click on the 'Share' button to share the ticket.
